"I just want to give these guys props on their customer service and their kindness towards their customers. It is greatly appreciated the way they show that their customers matter to them. I had an experience where my food was made incorrectly. When I got home and noticed, I called the store and I spoke with a really nice guy named joseph and he made sure that I was taken care of he spoke to the manager and he took my information so that I could get my food replaced next time, i'm in town. I want to give that employee credit because he was so nice and efficient at his job. And I really appreciate the way you guys do things even when you make mistakes because nobody's perfect. : ) <3"

"After the nasty food we got from sonic in Show Low yesterday I was surprised to find us at another sonic within 24 hours. I'm glad we took the chance because it was as good as the sonic in Camp Verde. I hope you all keep up the good work!!"

"This review is for the management and staff at sonic, we have been ordering here for quite awhile, the staff has always been friendly and courteous, last week we ordered and when we got home we realized that they got our order wrong, people make mistakes, it happens, we called and let them know. They were very accommodating and told us to come back at our convenience, and they would make it right. We went back tonight and they knew exactly what we needed. The staff was so great I had to let them know. Thank you sonic team of Taylor. We will be back soon!!!!!!!"

"Something happened when we went to pay. Our order showed up and as soon as the cc was instered, another order came up and the system charged us for someone else's order. This was rectified after sometime. The food wasn't hot when it was brought out. Not the place to go if you're in a hurry. The manager and staff are pleasant."
